1995- Bauer v ERA Realty - Plaintiff Service – Arbitration – Riverside County (CA) Fraud. Plaintiff was seeking compensation regarding credit damage due to the appearance of Foreclosure on her credit report. The real estate agent had forged the Plaintiffs signature to documents resulting in the Foreclosure appearing in her name after she had sold the property. This was discovered by Plaintiff when attempting to secure funding for her new residence. This was sole damage to Plaintiff. Errors and Omissions insurance coverage offered compensation of $6,500. Arbitrator ruled

2001 – Kababjian v Sahakian - Plaintiff Service – Los Angeles (CA) Superior Court Identity Theft/Fraud. Plaintiff discovered Defendant had stolen approximately $40,000 of Plaintiff’s credit capacity, and caused negative remarks to appear on Plaintiff’s credit reports. Settlement offer of restitution only of the $40,000. Court ruling

2002 – Yoon v ERA Realty - Defense Service – Orange County (CA) Superior Court Breach of Contract. Plaintiff’s $300,000 demand sought $200,000 compensation for credit damage when Defendant failed to sell Plaintiff’s residence while in Foreclosure. Court ruled:

2002 – Thomas v Workmans Insurance - Plaintiff Service – Los Angeles (CA) Superior Court - Breach of Contract. Plaintiff sought relief from $270,000 judgment entered against him due to Insurance company failure to perform. Court found in favor of Plaintiff in the amount of $70,000 including credit damage due to Loss of Expectancy and Increased Out-of-Pocket Costs.

2003 – Sporn v Home Depot - Plaintiff Service – Orange County (CA) Superior Court – Ruling upheld in Appeals Court Violation of Privacy. Improper access to credit report. Plaintiff discovered that Defendant was accessing his credit report repeatedly (12 instances) without permissible purpose, Defendant continued to do so even after agreeing to stop. Court found:

2003 – Clark v Experian, Equifax, Transunion - Plaintiff Service – Spartanburg (SC) Federal Court $150,000,000 Class action regarding the violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act regarding the reporting of authorized credit card users as having filed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy when in fact only the Primary cardholder had done so. Testified as to financial benefit to consumers. Georg Finder was the sole credit damage expert in this matter.

2004 – Wolchin v Global Attorney Network – Plaintiff Service – Orange County (CA) Superior Court Collection Agency Abuse, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act Violations. Plaintiff suffered reputation damage, loss of credit capacity, and increased out of pocket costs of $270,000 plus. 2006 – Atkinson re: Bankruptcy Trustee Salt Lake City, (UT) Bankruptcy Court Breach of Contract - Retained by counsel at the direction of BK trustee regarding Insuror breach of contract and credit damage analysis. Petitioner was denied BK, Insurer was forced to provide contracted services.
2006 – Morissini v Morissini – Orange Cty, (CA) Family Law Ex-marital partner abuse and misuse of several joint credit accounts. Court ruling in favor of Petitioner in the amount of $35,000 – minimum amount of measured credit damage identified by credit damage expert.

Plaintiff claimed reputation damage, loss of credit capacity and increased out-of-pocket costs. Court found in favor of Plaintiff in the amount of $172,000. regarding increased out-of-pocket damages.
